You can review and evaluate technical requirements for piping systems, ensuring integration aligns with project needs, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
You Set up and model basic engineering packages for piping systems in a 3D environment.
You develop detailed engineering packages and production information based on the basic design, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Update engineering packages as needed, providing technical advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will engage with various disciplines to ensure that piping solutions are optimized for the overall project.

Profile

Do you have what it takes to be an Engineer Marine Piping Systems ?

Three years relevant experience in piping systems engineering within shipbuilding or offshore industry.
Eu Nationality due to military projects.

Electrical Naval Engineer

Schiedam, Nederland

As an Electrical Naval Engineer, you design, route, and integrate complex cabling systems across advanced naval platforms. From sensors and power distribution units to mission-critical weapon systems, you translate functional designs into physical cable routes that are safe, serviceable, and production-ready. You work in 3DExperience within the V-model, balancing EMC, separation rules, bending radii, and installation feasibility. You’ll collaborate closely with Electrical, Outfitting, and Mechanical teams to land a robust design that shipbuilding and installation crews can trust. What you'll do: Engineer the detail: Design and document cable routes, cable lists, and interface definitions from functional descriptions and system architecture. Design for compliance: Ensure all cabling meets EMC, fire safety, separation, shielding, and mechanical protection standards. Integrate across disciplines: Align routing with physical space and construction constraints in partnership with Electrical, Outfitting, and Mechanical colleagues. Standardize and improve: Maintain and develop cabling standards, calculation templates, and design methodologies. Embed vendor inputs: Review vendor documentation and integrate supplier cabling requirements into the overall ship design. Enable production: Prepare detailed routing drawings, bills of materials, and clear installation guidelines for the yard.

Heavy Lifting Engineer

Utrecht, Nederland

You will work on offshore energy projects in the Netherlands & Scandinavia. The focus is on challenging or nearshore areas with limited water depth. In addition, you will play a role in decommissioning first generation offshore wind farms. What do we offer you as a Heavy Lifting Engineer? In exchange for your work, we offer you a salary based on experience. You will definitely work at the office on Mondays, and the rest of the days you will work hybrid. Compensation for commuting costs: (own car / public transport / bike) Fortunately, we can count on you for the following: You will be involved in foundation installation (installation engineering) and decommissioning of first-generation offshore wind farms. You draw up method statements, working methods, method deck layouts, and ballast plans. You work closely with the partner for drawing work and strength calculations, and act as a liaison between teams. You keep technical documentation up to date, plan everything carefully, and include all details in your calculations. You identify potential bottlenecks and proactively devise solutions to address them, while respecting tight deadlines. You build bridges between internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the right working methods, employees, and equipment are available when needed.

Junior Piping Designer

Voor onze Nederlandse vestiging in Vlissingen zijn wij op zoek naar een werktuigbouwkundig tekenaar. MULTI.engineering is een Belgisch-Nederlands bedrijf met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in de Maritieme & Offshore sector. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten in ontwerp, engineering, projectmanagement en supervisie van scheepsbouw projecten. Wat bieden wij aan jou aan als Junior Piping Designer? In ruil voor je harde werk bieden we je een salaris van € op basis van ervaring. 1-2 dagen thuiswerken na inwerkperiode. Gelukkig kunnen wij rekenen op jou voor het volgende: Als tekenaar maak je deel uit van het team dat zich focust op maritieme projecten binnen piping en mechanica. Je zal één op één samenwerken met de teamleader en jouw skills zullen de projecten naar een hoger niveau tillen. Je tekent & ontwerpt 3D-pijpleidingmodellen en lay-outtekeningen voor offshore vessels, superyachts,.. Je helpt bij het opstellen van aansluitlijsten en isometrische tekeningen. Je werkt mee in verschillende projectfasen: van concept tot detailontwerp. Je leert onze MULTI-methodiek kennen en toepassen om mee te waken over de kwaliteit van de projecten
