Job description

You will work on offshore energy projects in the Netherlands & Scandinavia.

The focus is on challenging or nearshore areas with limited water depth. In addition, you will play a role in decommissioning first generation offshore wind farms.

You will definitely work at the office on Mondays, and the rest of the days you will work hybrid.

Fortunately, we can count on you for the following:

You will be involved in foundation installation (installation engineering) and decommissioning of first-generation offshore wind farms.

You draw up method statements, working methods, method deck layouts, and ballast plans.
You work closely with the partner for drawing work and strength calculations, and act as a liaison between teams.
You keep technical documentation up to date, plan everything carefully, and include all details in your calculations.
You identify potential bottlenecks and proactively devise solutions to address them, while respecting tight deadlines.
You build bridges between internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the right working methods, employees, and equipment are available when needed.

Profile

Do you have what it takes to be a Heavy Lifting Engineer?

You have a master's degree in maritime technology, offshore engineering, or hydraulic engineering.
You have gained your first work experience in offshore.
You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

Lead Project Coordinator - Marine Services

About the Role We're looking for someone who knows how to run a project from start to finish, someone who can manage the production and installation of propeller shafts, lead repair operations in our shipyard and docks, and keep everything moving on time and on budget. You'll be the key contact for customers, engineers, and procurement, handling every step from the initial offer to the final invoice. This is a hands-on, role where technical expertise meets people skills. If you’re comfortable leading teams, managing suppliers, and juggling deadlines while keeping communication sharp and clear, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Be Doing Take full ownership of projects: from the first client call and proposal all the way through planning, execution, delivery, and final billing. Keep operations running smoothly: coordinate the preparation, on-site execution, and post-project follow-up. Lead and manage teams: bring together internal crews and steer subcontractors and suppliers as needed. Monitor quality, timing, and budget: catch risks early and act fast to resolve them. Be the central contact: keep clients informed, report progress, and document agreements clearly. Collaborate across the board: work closely with technical and purchasing departments; report to both the Operations Manager and Project Manager. Marine Piping Designer

The Role Are you ready to take the lead in engineering advanced piping systems? This is your chance to step into a technical role where your expertise directly shapes the success of high-profile maritime projects. As a Marine Piping Designer, you will be central to the design and development of advanced naval vessels Key Responsibilities Analyse and assess specifications. Evaluate technical requirements for all piping systems and confirm that designs meet project goals, industry regulations, and quality standards. Develop engineering packages. Set up and model basic engineering packages in a 3D environment, following established engineering rules and documentation standards. Support detailed engineering and production. Translate basic designs into detailed engineering packages and production information with accuracy and compliance in mind. Collaborate with stakeholders. Maintain and update engineering packages as needed and provide technical guidance to both internal teams and external partners. Work across disciplines. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure piping solutions fit seamlessly into the broader vessel design. Ensure compliance and support improvement. Confirm that all designs meet applicable requirements and help strengthen knowledge and best practices within the department.
