These include coastal shipping, deep-sea, offshore, ocean-going vessels, inland shipping, naval ships, and superyachts.   • You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and financial control.
  • You will coordinate drawings, production planning, and ensure timely submission of designs for classification.
  • You will collaborate with production, purchasing, and the warehouse to keep everything on track.
  • You will monitor additional work, handle calculations and invoices, and ensure proper documentation in the ERP system.
  • You will maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Profile

Do you have it in you as a Project Manager Maritime? (EU nationality is needed)

  • You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • You have experience with metalworking; knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, or electronic systems is a plus.
  • You are commercially driven, communicative, and a true team player.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a bonus.

Tender Engineer Offshore

MULTI.engineering is currently looking for a Tender Engineer Offshore to join the team of our client in the south of The Netherlands. Tasks & responsibilities You work in an international, multidisciplinary team of 6 to 15 members, supported and coached by a Tender Manager; You focus on tenders for cable landfalls and also scour protection for Offshore Wind Farms as well as some other offshore projects; You take part in the acquisition process and play a key role in the preparation and submission of tender proposals; You analyze tender documentation received from potential clients and work on method selection, cost calculations and risk assessments; You program the works and draft installation sequence drawings.

Design & Proposal Engineer Marine Diving Vessels

MULTI.engineering is currently looking for a Design & Proposal Engineer Marine Diving Vessels for a project of 15 months (extension possible) at our clients location (Rotterdam area) in The Netherlands. This concerns an innovative project because the vessel will be built dual fuel (methanol / diesel) and the purpose will be to dive. This means a lot of complex systems have to be installed in a tight space. Dimensions are limited because the vessel will be operating mainly in inland waters. Tasks & responsibilities You will design the vessel according to the clients criteria (draw up line plans, assess ship strengths, establish main classifications, technical specifications, etc); You will draft general plans, write specifications and draw up procurement specifications; You collaborate with internal departments and external partners for optimal project results; You set up project plans, including milestones, and calculate supplemental work and cost savings.

Integration Engineer Marine Systems

MULTI.engineering is currently looking for an Integration Engineer Marine Systems to join the team of our client in the area of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. In this role, you will be at the heart of designing and integrating complex marine systems for naval vessels, collaborating closely with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams throughout the engineering phase. From defining system configurations to ensuring smooth integration, you will play a pivotal role in creating ships and enhancing existing vessels. Your involvement spans the entire lifecycle of naval projects from proposal and acquisition to production and testing. Tasks & responsibilities Define and select marine system configurations and components for proposals; Develop technical specifications based on customer and design needs; Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards; Review and manage supplier documentation, such as drawings and schematics; Coordinate with internal teams to optimize system integration; Draft essential documents, including system descriptions and testing procedures; Verify product performance through simulations and inspections; Provide technical support during shipyard activities as needed; Mentor colleagues and contribute to design reviews and knowledge sharing.
