Congratulations on your contract and welcome to the MULTI family. Through onboarding, your HR Business Partner and your supervisor will ensure you’re set on the right path to feel completely at home here.

With us, you’ll find a familial, supportive, and safe environment. This is the first step toward a successful, long-term collaboration.

Contract

The HR Business Partner will go over your contract with you, and together you will sign it.

Training programs

From now on, you’ll be invited to all our events, training programs, and other fun initiatives.

First workday

On your first workday, you'll receive a warm welcome from your new colleagues. Your workspace and computer will be ready.

Startup process

During the first two weeks, thanks to our startup process, you'll know exactly what your workdays will look like. Our onboarding plan ensures that you are closely monitored in the period that follows.

Follow-up meeting

After 1 and 3 months there will be a follow-up interview with your manager and/or HR Business Partner.

Evolution conversation

After six months you will have a first evolution interview and the onboarding ends. Naturally, your HR Business Partner and your other colleagues will always be there for you.
