MULTI.engineering has over 30 years of experience in the maritime and offshore industry. To support our continued growth within the offshore and offshore wind sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Offshore Engineering.

In this role, you will lead complex offshore projects, including projects related to offshore or wind turbine engineering, ensuring technical excellence, financial control, and stakeholder alignment.

As Project Manager Offshore Engineering, you are the central link between engineering teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

You are responsible for the technical and financial management of offshore and offshore wind projects. You manage scope, planning, budget, and quality while leading engineers and designers throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for the technical and financial performance of offshore and wind-related projects

  • Leading project engineers and designers

  • Managing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk control

  • Coordinating concept, basic, and detail engineering phases

  • Safeguarding technical quality and compliance with offshore and wind industry standards

  • Acting as primary contact for clients, classification societies, and external partners

  • Managing projects such as offshore wind mobilisations, wind turbine installation support, vessel upgrades, structural modifications, DP upgrades, and offshore engineering studies

  • Contributing strategically to innovation, optimisation, and future offshore wind opportunities

Profile

Do you recognise yourself in the following?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or similar

  • Several years of experience in project management within the offshore and/or offshore wind sector

  • Strong technical foundation in offshore structures, wind turbine support structures, or vessel modifications

  • Experience with budgeting, planning, contract management, and stakeholder coordination

  • Familiarity with offshore wind projects, wind turbine installation, or other related marine operations

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with offshore vessels, workboats, installation vessels, or heavy marine units.
