MULTI.engineering has over 30 years of experience in the maritime and offshore industry. To support our continued growth within the offshore and offshore wind sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Offshore Engineering.

In this role, you will lead complex offshore projects, including projects related to offshore or wind turbine engineering, ensuring technical excellence, financial control, and stakeholder alignment.

As Project Manager Offshore Engineering, you are the central link between engineering teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

You are responsible for the technical and financial management of offshore and offshore wind projects. You manage scope, planning, budget, and quality while leading engineers and designers throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for the technical and financial performance of offshore and wind-related projects

  • Leading project engineers and designers

  • Managing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk control

  • Coordinating concept, basic, and detail engineering phases

  • Safeguarding technical quality and compliance with offshore and wind industry standards

  • Acting as primary contact for clients, classification societies, and external partners

  • Managing projects such as offshore wind mobilisations, wind turbine installation support, vessel upgrades, structural modifications, DP upgrades, and offshore engineering studies

  • Contributing strategically to innovation, optimisation, and future offshore wind opportunities

Profile

Do you recognise yourself in the following?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or similar

  • Several years of experience in project management within the offshore and/or offshore wind sector

  • Strong technical foundation in offshore structures, wind turbine support structures, or vessel modifications

  • Experience with budgeting, planning, contract management, and stakeholder coordination

  • Familiarity with offshore wind projects, wind turbine installation, or other related marine operations

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with offshore vessels, workboats, installation vessels, or heavy marine units.

Job | Engineering App. Specialist - Cadmatic & PLM | Rotterdam

You work daily with Engineering, Engineering Support, IT, and key suppliers. Your input shapes how projects run, not just how the tool behaves. What you will do Translate engineering needs into clear functional specs for application improvements. Analyse issues with users, stakeholders, and suppliers. You drive solutions to closure. Develop and implement Cadmatic processes and functional improvements. Manage interfaces between Cadmatic and other PLM and CAD applications. Set up and configure Cadmatic project environments for new projects. Manage catalogs, libraries, specifications, and project data structures. Maintain user access rights and role based permissions. Design and deliver the structural engineering of the world’s most complex superyachts (50–140 m). What can we offer you as a structural project designer for superyachts? You are responsible for the technical design of yachts based on design plans. You work on hull construction, outfitting, and exterior construction at the highest level of the yachting industry. You gain insight into the entire build process of luxury yachts, as all aspects of construction are carried out in-house. You start with 2D designs in AutoCAD.
