You determine the engineering requirements for the lifting and transport process and contribute to defining and detailing execution methods. In collaboration with the Installation Manager or Engineering Manager, you start and follow- up the studies.

Developing lifting plans for offshore installations.
Designing deck layouts to determine optimal placement of cargo on deck.
Performing feasibility studies to analyze which vessels are suitable for specific foundations and turbines.

Profile

Do you have what it takes to be a Project Engineer Offshore Wind?

Degree: MSc or BSc in Civil, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

2+ years experience as a Project Engineer or Methods Engineer in offshore wind projects.

Knowledge of lifting engineering

Software: Experience with 2D CAD software (AutoCAD, BricsCAD).

Wat bieden wij jou aan als Junior Projectingenieur Offshore? In ruil voor jouw werk bieden wij jou een € salaris aan op basis van ervaring. Dagvergoeding van 9 euro Gelukkig kunnen wij op jou rekenen voor het volgende: Tijdens de voorbereidingsfase werk je op kantoor in Noord-Antwerpen. Je moet technische documentie goed bijhouden, alles zorgvuldig plannen en alle details opnemen in je hijsberekeningen en tekeningen. In de uitvoeringsfase ga je mee op zee, waar je toezicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat alles volgens plan verloopt Hierbij staat veiligheid voorop: je zorgt dat de veiligheid van de arbeiders en het milieu gewaarborgd blijft tijdens het gehele ontmantelingsproces. Je identificeert mogelijke knelpunten en bedenkt proactief oplossingen om deze aan te pakken, terwijl je strakke deadlines respecteert. Je bent in staat om de projectmanager te assisteren bij het waarborgen van contractuele afspraken en samen met de kapiteins zorg je voor een vlekkeloze operationele logistieke ondersteuning van onze schepen.
