Luckily, we can count on you for the following:
Typical projects can involve both basic and detailed engineering for newbuild or refit projects. The vessel types range from a 35-meter workboat to a 120-meter superyacht. You’ll be crucial in managing these projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth timelines, budget control, and overall success.
Project Planning:
- Oversee and maintain the overall project plan.
- Define key phases and milestones.
- Ensure each phase is planned out in detail and take action when adjustments are needed.
Budget Management:
- Monitor project hours and costs to ensure efficiency.
- Optimize resources and time for maximum value.
Project Execution:
- Kick-off projects with a clear internal start.
- Manage deliverables and ensure everything is completed on time.
- Hold regular meetings with clients and your team to stay aligned.
- Guide your team and ensure clear delegation of tasks.
- Address issues as they arise, keeping the project on track.
Profile
Do you have it in you as a Junior Project Manager for Maritime / Offshore ?
- With at least five years of experience in Maritime or Offshore, you're now ready to take the next step toward a Project Management role.
- You have a master degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or equal;
- You have an excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
