During the conceptual design stage, we develop:

Basic Design: detailed systems and arrangements
In the basic design phase, we refine all ship systems in 2D to create:
- System diagrams complete with valve & fitting lists and related calculations
- Detailed arrangements of technical spaces.
- Preliminary 3D models of technical spaces based on selected equipment and supplier data,
- Assist or optimize technical Specifications of systems and equipment in collaboration with the supplier.
This phase ensures that all system integrations are thoroughly planned and technically viable, reducing rework during later stages.
Detail Design: full 3D routing and production package
The detail design phase brings the vessel to life in a virtual environment:
- All ship and machinery systems, including ventilation ducting, cable trays, and pipework, are routed in a comprehensive 3D model.
- Our engineers collaborate across disciplines to produce a conflict-free virtual model.
- Production information packages, such as pipe spools and detailed assembly drawings, are delivered to streamline construction.
To enlarge the cooperation with the client and make optimal use of all tools, the client is involved in the 3D work which is accessible for the client to review at any moment.
