Project management

Our project manager is your main point of contact during the execution of the project. He or she ensures that your project is executed in accordance with the specification, as per contracted budget and within the agreed time window.

Our project management methodology is based on Prince2 and is described in detail in our Project Management Manual (PMM).

Next to the project management of our in-house projects we also offer pure project management for your complete new-build, docking or conversion project and act as owner representative towards shipyards and suppliers.

All our project managers have engineering experience, as well as production or operation experience and have worked in the field.
