In 5 steps to your new job as an employee at MULTI.Engineering. This is what you can expect.

Step 1: Application - Show what you're capable of

Seen our job opening and feel the match? Apply right away and make sure your CV highlights what makes you the perfect fit for our projects. This way, we know exactly what we can offer you.

Step 2: Introduction call

After reviewing your CV, we'll give you a quick call. We'll tell you more about MULTI.engineering. Do you have any questions? This is the perfect moment to ask them.

Step 3: First interview – Share your passion

You will have a conversation with our recruiters. We’re curious about what matters to you and what your plans are. Feel free to share all your ambitions! We can meet at our offices in Temse or Ghent (Belgium), Vlissingen or Zwijndrecht (Netherlands), or via Microsoft Teams.

Step 4: Second interview – Together, we ensure the perfect match.

Show who you are by completing a personality test. This way, we can optimally match you with our work environment and projects where you’ll feel most comfortable.

Step 5: Offer – The reward for your effort

If we both feel there's a good match, we’ll make you an offer. We provide a salary that suits you, along with additional benefits.
