As an accommodation & Safety Engineer, you will be at the forefront of outfitting engineering, focusing on accommodation and technical spaces for innovative military ships.

You will be responsible for developing and documenting general arrangements, deck and accommodation layouts, insulation and safety plans, door and hatch layouts, and equipment integration.
This role ensures full compliance with class, statutory, and client requirements, directly contributing to the vessel’s safety, efficiency, and habitability.
You develop and describe yard standards to enhance operational efficiency, making a lasting impact on how we work.
You execute engineering activities using 2D and 3D environments.
You create essential documentation, including arrangements, lists, and fabrication/mounting drawings.

Profile

Do you have it in you as an Outfitting Engineer in Rotterdam?

You have an education in a field related to the outfitting discipline.
You bring at least two years of experience in outfitting systems (accommodation & technical spaces).
You are skilled in 2D and 3D CAD software, such as Cadmatic or 3DExperience/ Catia.
Permanent EU citizenship and passport required due to military project requirements

Lead Project Coordinator - Marine Services

About the Role We're looking for someone who knows how to run a project from start to finish, someone who can manage the production and installation of propeller shafts, lead repair operations in our shipyard and docks, and keep everything moving on time and on budget. You'll be the key contact for customers, engineers, and procurement, handling every step from the initial offer to the final invoice. This is a hands-on, role where technical expertise meets people skills. What You’ll Be Doing Take full ownership of projects: from the first client call and proposal all the way through planning, execution, delivery, and final billing. Keep operations running smoothly: coordinate the preparation, on-site execution, and post-project follow-up. Lead and manage teams: bring together internal crews and steer subcontractors and suppliers as needed. Monitor quality, timing, and budget: catch risks early and act fast to resolve them. Be the central contact: keep clients informed, report progress, and document agreements clearly. Collaborate across the board: work closely with technical and purchasing departments; report to both the Operations Manager and Project Manager. Make safety a priority: ensure all activities meet our safety and yard (VGM) standards.

Voor onze Nederlandse vestiging in Vlissingen zijn wij op zoek naar een werktuigbouwkundig tekenaar. MULTI.engineering is een Belgisch-Nederlands bedrijf met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in de Maritieme & Offshore sector. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten in ontwerp, engineering, projectmanagement en supervisie van scheepsbouw projecten. Wat bieden wij aan jou aan als Piping Designer? In ruil voor je harde werk bieden we je een salaris van € op basis van ervaring. 1-2 dagen thuiswerken na inwerkperiode. Gelukkig kunnen wij rekenen op jou voor het volgende: Als tekenaar maak je deel uit van het team dat zich focust op maritieme projecten binnen piping en mechanica. Je zal één op één samenwerken met de teamleader en jouw skills zullen de projecten naar een hoger niveau tillen. Je tekent & ontwerpt 3D-pijpleidingmodellen en lay-outtekeningen voor offshore vessels, superyachts,.. Je helpt bij het opstellen van aansluitlijsten en isometrische tekeningen. Je werkt mee in verschillende projectfasen: van concept tot detailontwerp. Je leert onze MULTI-methodiek kennen en toepassen om mee te waken over de kwaliteit van de projecten

MULTI.engineering heeft meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in de maritime & offshore sector. We zijn gespecialiseerd in mechanical en structural engineering voor superjachten en offshore schepen. Wat bieden wij jou aan als Junior Projectingenieur Scheepsbouw? In ruil voor jouw werk bieden wij jou een € salaris aan op basis van je opleiding. Mobiele telefoon (met abonnement) + laptop Bedrijfswagen + tankkaart Glijdende uren: je kan opstarten tussen 7u-9u. Thuiswerk per week na inwerkperiode. Gelukkig kunnen wij op jou rekenen voor het volgende: Je voert berekeningen uit voor onze basic engineering-afdeling, zoals stabiliteit, sterkte en FEM. Je besteedt een deel van je tijd aan onderzoek en ontwikkeling van nieuwe technologieën en ontwerpen, bijvoorbeeld batterij-elektrische schepen. Je werkt nauw samen met ons team en onze klanten om hoogwaardige technische oplossingen te leveren. Je kan doorgroeien naar projectmanagement, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor concept engineering en ervoor zorgt dat het werk technisch correct wordt uitgevoerd binnen de afgesproken planning en het budget. De projecten variëren van nieuwbouw scheepsconstructies en het behalen van klassegoedkeuringen tot offshore wind mobilisaties, Dynamic Positioning (DP) upgrades en software-simulaties van maritieme systemen.
