Naval designer for proposals (basic design)

Job description

MULTI.engineering is currently looking for a Naval designer for proposals (basic design) for a long term project at our clients location in The Netherlands.

Tasks & responsibilities

• You will be a key person in developing naval architecture design solutions for tender packages;
• You collaborate with technical teams to deliver optimal design solutions for naval projects;
• You perform design and reporting activities and contribute to requirements analysis, concept generation, and system architecture;
• Evaluate designs against requirements;
• Communicate technical aspects with stakeholders.

Profile

Technical knowledge & soft skills

• You have a bachelor degree in Engineering, Maritime or in another technical field;
• You look back at minimally 2 years working experience in the field of naval architecture;
• You have experience in the Maritime and / or offshore industry;
• You have excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
• You have European citizenship.
