Profile

Luckily, we can count on you for the following:

• You will lead an outfitting engineering team during the basic and detailed engineering phases of shipbuilding projects.
• You will control the detailed engineering of outsourced packages, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Advise on work breakdown structures and allocate man-hour budgets effectively.
• Supervise engineering team activities within 2D and 3D environments, such as Cadmatic or Catia.
• Integrate vendor and subcontractor information, perform technical analysis on offers, and support design checks and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and specifications.

Do you have it in you?

Eu nationality is required

• You have an impressive maritime technical background, with a completed degree in shipbuilding.
• At least 5 years of experience of outfitting systems.
• Experience in leading mid-size engineering teams of up to ten people and structuring work packages effectively.
