For me the main thing is the flexibility you have.
You don't work from 9 to 5. If something needs to be done in the evening or in the morning, everyone is always ready to help each other.
With Corona I had a dip a few months ago, I didn't feel so good. I mentioned this to Niko, our director, and also to Valerie, our HR Business Partner.
I turned 45 a few weeks ago and they had organized a cocktail workshop to cheer me up.
I actually liked that. It shows that they really care about you and that they want to do everything they can to make you feel better about yourself again.
I liked that very much.
