As a Engineer Plans & Arrangements, you will be at the forefront of outfitting engineering, focusing on accommodation and technical spaces. Collaborating with a team of outfitting engineers, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure the functionality, maintainability, and ergonomic design of outfitting arrangements.

You execute engineering activities using 2D and 3D environments, such as Cadmatic or 3DExperience (Catia).
You can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
You can develop necessary information, including arrangements, lists, and fabrication/mounting drawings.
Develop and describe yard standards to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

Do you have it in you?

2+ years of experience
During lunch breaks but also during technical meeting we see you speaking English fluently.
You have an EU citizenship because of military projects.
You have a education in a technical field, related to outfitting discipline.

Je komt terecht in een team dat naast het werk ook extra activiteiten doet zoals een gezamenlijke “lunch at the office” of voor de echte sportieveling een deelname aan de Mont Ventoux. Gelukkig kunnen wij op jou rekenen voor het volgende: Ontwikkelen en opleveren van ontwerpschetsen, -tekeningen en –documenten op basis van de project scope en dit voor werkschepen of superjachten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene structuur van het schip ontwerpen (structural) en/of fundaties van machines, ladders, trappen en hekken tekenen ( outfitting). 3D modellen ontwerpen en dan omzetten in 2D tekeningen. Je zal het tekendossier opmaken voor de klant.

MULTI.engineering is currently looking for a Tender Engineer Offshore to join the team of our client in the south of The Netherlands. Tasks & responsibilities You work in an international, multidisciplinary team of 6 to 15 members, supported and coached by a Tender Manager; You focus on tenders for cable landfalls and also scour protection for Offshore Wind Farms as well as some other offshore projects; You take part in the acquisition process and play a key role in the preparation and submission of tender proposals; You analyze tender documentation received from potential clients and work on method selection, cost calculations and risk assessments; You program the works and draft installation sequence drawings.

Luckily, we can count on you for the following: You can utilize Orcaflex to perform detailed motion analysis. Simulate and analyze the dynamic behavior of marine structures, vessels and offshore systems; You work with cross-functional teams to interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for design improvements; You can conduct structural assessments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations; You collaborate closely with project managers, naval architects, and other engineering professionals to optimize design and performance; You can provide technical support and expertise to internal teams and clients regarding Orcaflex simulations and analyses.
